WHAT IS MY ORDER ETA?
Your order estimated time of arrival is loosely based on the timeline set in the items description. For orders with more than one item or speciality items, your order may be delayed six to eight weeks. Rest assured, as soon as your order is ready to go out, our shipping team in Walnut, California will package and ship your order.
If you have waited longer than eight weeks, please contact our support team and request an Order Refresh. This will recreate your order giving it a new order number and place it at the top of our queue.
If you choose to no longer wait for your order to ship, we're more than happy to cancel your order. Please contact our support team before requesting a chargeback with your bank or creating a claim with PayPal.
MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE
If your tracking information page says Delivered but you didn't receive your package, try checking first with your neighbors, family and housemates, and postman immediately. A majority of the time it has been received by someone in your area.

If USPS deems your package officially lost and they are unable to provide you with some sort for of credit for your lost package, please contact our support team with proof of the package being declared as officially lost.
Without package insurance, there is little we can do to handle lost packages as sometimes there are claims of lost packages when the package is actually received correctly.
If you would like to protect your package from being lost, please choose a shipping option at checkout with insurance. We can also provide additional insurance for your package for a fee if you would like. Contact our support team for more information.
I WANT TO RETURN/EXCHANGE MY PACKAGE
We're happy to offer returns and exchanges as long as the item is kept in the original packaging with the packing receipt. If the item has been tried on, it must be sanitized with scent-free disinfectant before being sent to us. This step is skipped if the item is unopened. Please contact our support team with your order number and your request for a return or exchange and we will gladly send you a return label to get your refund or exchange processed.

MY ORDER HASN'T SHIPPED YET AND I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL
No problem. We're happy to offer cancellations with full refunds for orders that haven't shipped. Please contact our support team before requesting a chargeback with your bank or creating a claim with PayPal.
I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS
Our support team is able to change the recipient address at any time up until your order has been shipped. Please reach out to us as soon as you know so we can prevent any mix ups or failed deliveries.
I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM/SIZE
No worries! We can always change the sizing, color, or even add or remove items from your order up until it has been shipped. Please be aware any adjustments of this sort could affect the shipping times of your order though as we have to confirm stocking prior to delivery. If you would like to add an item, an invoice will be sent to the email on file and must be paid before the order will ship.
CAN I COMBINE MY ORDERS
We can combine any orders from the same person until either one has been sent out, and will provide a refund on shipping costs if applicable. Keep in mind this can extended waiting periods if an item in either order is out of stock.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED
We’re more than happy to make sure you end up with a product to be proud of. Please send our support team an email including the issue, order number, and a photo of the damaged area. Once a team member verifies the item arrived damaged, we’ll reach out to figure out what solution you would prefer.
HOW DO I WASH MY ITEMS
All screenprinted items and knitted sweaters should be washed inside out with cold water. We recommend washing specialty items such as hats and neckties by hand with cold wash. Garments will last the longest if hung to dry or on low heat.
WILL A DISCONTINUED ITEM RETURN
We're always workshopping products and at the moment we don't have any immediate plans for removed products to return, but that doesn't mean they're gone forever.
